I wanted to learn Playfight before I even knew what it was. I've been hosting and joining-in playfighting events for nearly a decade now. I am a mentor, working with people to help them express their authentic self. I work through Arts and Play and creativity, often in nature and using the body. I love to hear other people claim their unique story, and take up space.

Growing up with three older brothers, playfighting has always been a crucial part of my life. I instantly fell in love with Playfight and I knew straight away that this is where I belong.
It comes so natural to me, to combine the embodied movement, playful expression and deep connection. My mission is to bring a sense of playful healing to this world.
