THE TRAINING
Hands-on residential events to:
- learn the theory behind Playfight
- train your facilitation skills
- practice with difficult scenarios
- overcome personal struggles

THEORY
During the Training, you will be introduced to the Playfight philosophy through engaging presentations and moments of Q&A.
EXERCISES
The theoretical bases are immediately experienced and integrated with active dynamics and focused exercises. We believe that learning happens through the body!
PRACTICE
During the Training, you can practice facilitating a circle with the guidance of the trainer, and receive valuable feedback from your peers.
PROCESS WORK
The Facilitator Training is not only a place to learn facilitation. It's also an opportunity to experience the transformative potential of our practice and to bring into the Circle topics you want to work on.
PLAY
Play it's a vital element of the training! It's a way of connecting with joy, stimulating the mind, energizing the body and bonding with the others Apprentices.
WHAT YOU LEARN
Space holding
Create a safe and warm field where empowerment and transformation can happen.
Clear Communication
Learn how to use your voice, body posture and most of all silences in an effective way.
Circle work
Master the ancient tool of the Circle as a way to create connection and safety.
Conflict Resolution
Support the participants to recognize the unexpressed needs at the root of conflicts.
Risk Management
Learn to evaluate the risks and to respond consciously to physical, emotional and intimate threats.
Emotional Intelligence
Welcome the healing potential of each emotion and support the participants to make use of it.
Body Reading
Learn to understand and how to support your participants by observing the bodies.

THE MANUAL
By joining the Program you receive the Playfight Facilitation Manual, the 80+ pages handbook that contains the theory and the philosophy of Playfight.

Playfight Coaches use our practice as a catalyst of transformation by offering Intentional Playfight and one-on-one coaching sessions.

Playfight Trainers embody the essence of Playfight in their work and life, training people to become Certified Playfight Facilitators.
