- If the participant cancels within 1 month before the event, the booking fee is converted into a 100€ coupon that can be used for future events within one year.
- If the participant cancels during the month before the event, 50€ is retained and 50€ is usable as a coupon.
- If the event is postponed the participant will receive a 100€ coupon.

SAFETY
Playfight is a space where we use our strength to relate to one another consciously. Our aim is to provide a safe space where you can express yourself authentically.
Safety is both physical and emotional. We welcome and honor the feelings of every participant. Each Facilitator is trained to offer a trustworthy space of growth.
CIRCLE WISDOM
During a Playfight, you are not alone. There is a whole Circle supporting you.
Around you the Circle observes, feels, protects, engages and supports you. Playfight develops the spirit of tribe, companionship, brotherhood and sisterhood.
PLAY!
Play is the base of growth and learning. Kids do it all the time! They use their bodies, strength, creativity and feelings to connect; getting to know each other and themselves.
Life becomes more serious growing up, we forget our innate playfulness and learning becomes a mind process instead of a full body journey. Playfight reclaims the lightness and foolishness in order to express our inner child!
INNER WARRIORS
In a Playfight we don't see the other as an enemy or an opponent. We see an ally and together we train our inner power.
We learn to stop wasting time and energy in fighting against something, and instead we focus on fighting for what we long for.
We Playfight with different people, bodies, strategies, and we learn to adapt and react fluidly, be centered and move through the challenges on the way!
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Emotions are capable of moving mountains or freezing an instant and we often suppress or ignore them in our daily life.
In Playfight we welcome and give space to them, learning to express them consciously.

I invite you
Everything begins from an invitation, which can be open to anyone or direct to someone. If the answer is "Yes" then the Encounter begins, while I honour a "No" saying "Thank you".
2 Encounter
I feel you
The Playfighters connect in the middle of the Circle. They join their fists and say "Playfight!". The game to pin back the other begins! There is a time frame and no winner or loser.
3 Appreciation
I appreciate you
In the middle of the Circle the Playfighters hold hands, and one at a time, share what they appreciate about the other. The Circle witnesses in silence.
4 Feedback
I hear you
The Playfighters sit back to back and listen in silence to a few voices from the Circle about what touched them. No advices or opinions, but personal sharings.

THE INITIATOR
Matteo Tangi
I'm Matteo Tangi and my love for Playfight began when I was a kid. At the beach, on the grass, me and my friends would play fight for hours, having so much fun, feeling ecstatic and connected to one another.
Growing up something changed. Being physical and close was not common anymore, using our strength even less, it seemed it was only allowed in martial arts or competitive sports.
A few years ago I decided to reclaim that playfulness and freedom of using my body, my strength and my emotions. From there this lineage of Playfight was born.
Since then this is my regular practice, a way to meet myself and others with respect, honesty and care. A way to use my body and my strength to its fullest, being super aware of each movement, each breath, each touch.
Nowadays I passionately share this art with people, empowering them to facilitate their circles and creating together an international network to support and develop Playfight.
My dream is that in each city of the world people will gather in Playfight Circle reclaiming and enjoying our beautiful human nature.
