We all develop ways to protect ourselves. Sometimes these strategies help us stay safe, hold our boundaries, and deal with difficult situations. At other times, they can make it harder to connect.

In Beyond the Armour - Playfight Immersion, we explore how our strength, defenses and habits show up in friendship, intimacy and conflict. Through Playfight and practical exercises, we practice noticing our automatic reactions and finding more choice in how we respond.

The aim is not to get rid of our armor, but to understand it, use it when we need it, and know when we can soften it.

A grounded exploration of strength, vulnerability, boundaries and connection.

SCHEDULE 
Arrival: To be defined, at 4-6pm
Ending: To be defined, at 2.30pm
Activities: from 9am to 10pm, 30hrs in total
Language: English (understanding needed)
Prerequisite: none, anyone can join!

Farkaskútvölgy is a secluded valley in Hungary's Cserhát Mountains, about 90 minutes from Budapest near the village of Hollókő. Known for its unspoiled nature, it offers a range of thoughtfully maintained community spaces. [MAP]
