Playfight and Therapy is a special event designed to offer a deeper and more focused experience and takes place once a year.
It is intentionally held with a small group of 10–15 participants, allowing for close attention, trust, and meaningful exploration.
Gaining hands-on tools for somatic emotional integration and trauma-informed support.

Before the event, participants will be invited to a pre-event call to align intentions.
During the event, the group will be supported by multiple experienced facilitators and coaches, together with Matteo and Simon and a psychologist, Anthony, who brings additional depth.

It is an exclusive space for deep personal work, where you will be surrounded by colleagues, therapists, and people committed to self-exploration.
