Welcome to Dare and Care, a 3.5-day embodied retreat exploring what truly matters to you, what your heart longs for, and what is asking to be lived through you.
Through Playfight, movement, connection, and reflection, we will cultivate the courage to move toward your vision and the care to support yourself along the way.
Because a meaningful life is not built by force alone. It grows when daring and caring walk hand in hand.
SCHEDULE
Arrival: Oct 1, at 4-6pm
Ending: Oct 4, at 2.30pm
Activities: from 9am to 10pm, 30hrs in total
Language: English (understanding needed)
Prerequisite: none, anyone can join!

THE VENUE
The event will take place at Okido Yoga Center, a minimalist and spiritual space dedicated to reconnecting people to their life force. It's located an hour and 20 minutes from Amsterdam and is accessible by public transport. [MAP]
