We’ll guide you on a journey of reconnection with both your Yang side: your aliveness, determination, and your inner power, and the softer Yin qualities in which we embrace our vulnerabilities with kindness and care.
During the retreat we will benefit from a mindfully designed combination of embodiment and therapeutic practices, such as medicine dance, authentic movement, somatic work, massages and much more.
These practices are all interwoven purposefully to offer you an incredible journey towards a fulfilling life, sustainable self growth, and long lasting well-being.

THE VENUE
Ponderosa is an art centre on the mountaintop above
the village of Stolzenhagen, close to the border with
Poland in the Lower Oder Valley National Park. It's a
place dedicated to body-centred research in
an abundant natural setting.
