In moments of tension, we often fall into familiar patterns: we withdraw, push away, or try to control the situation. We will dive into this topic in a safe space that combines playfulness, embodiment and inner work. Matteo Tangi, founder of Playfight, has developed a body-based practice in which playful and non-violent confrontation serves as a catalyst for personal transformation.

Playfight brings together playful confrontation, physical interaction, and human connection. Guided exercises and structured Playfight rounds make these patterns visible in the body. At the same time, you can experiment with different ways of responding and experience how you can relate differently to pressure and physical contact. Playfight becomes a space for learning: moving away from automatic reactions towards greater presence, flexibility, and clarity in how we deal with conflict and encounter.

This even is co-hosted together with the Academy of Cultural Education.
