An evening of embodied play, honest expression, and movement connection.

We begin with Playfight, guided by Matteo: a conscious practice of physical play, where we meet intensity, boundaries, strength, softness, laughter, and contact in a safe and clearly held container. Playfight is not about hurting each other. It is about exploring confrontation with connection. Strength with care.

Afterwards, Jonny will guide Dance & Release: a gentle movement space to dissolve tension, integrate the experience, and return to flow.

This evening is open to everyone who is curious to explore contact, play, expression, and embodied connection.
