We’ll guide you on a journey of reconnection with both your Yang side: your aliveness, determination, and your inner power, and the softer Yin qualities in which we embrace our vulnerabilities with kindness and care. A 30-hour immersive training in which you’ll experience different dynamics that will help you grow as a human being, while learning to facilitate safe and empowering Playfight Circles. Welcome to the Playfight Immersion! This Immersion is dedicated to exploring our emotions, finding tools to discover the immense wisdom they carry, while letting go of unempowering stories. We will dive into this topic in a safe space that combines playfulness, embodiment and inner work. Facilitated by Matteo Tangi.
