The Foundation Training is an in-person, 3.5-day residential experience focused on the fundamentals of facilitating safe and empowering Playfight Circles by Matteo Tangi.

August 13 – 19, 2026

This is the final step to complete the Facilitator Program and deepen your facilitation skills. This 7-day experience allows you to return to the Immersion and Foundation Training space from a fresh perspective: as a facilitator-in-training and assistant. You’ll be mentored directly by Matteo Tangi during daily sessions dedicated to reflection, debriefing, and sharing feedback.

The Playfight & Therapy Foundation Training is an in-person, 3.5-day residential dedicated to therapists who want to integrate the practice of Playfight, and elements of it in their work. Through a combination of guidance and hands-on practice, participants learn the underlying principles of the method and develop the skills to hold a group, understand dynamics, and navigate challenges with clarity and care.
