A 4-day residential event that combines playfulness, lightness and deep personal work.

Camping Le Terroir, immersed in nature at only 15 minutes from Geneva, 25 from Annecy (MAP)

THE TRAINER
Matteo Tangi is the initiator of this lineage of somatic work called Playfight.
His work is rooted on many years of therapeutic practice, group facilitation and bodywork.
With his firm and gentle guidance the participants can safely experience themselves undomesticated, free of conditioning and, at the same time, aware and fully responsible.
