THE BOOKING PROCESS

If the participant cancels:

- 30 days or more in advance of the event date the booking fee is converted into a voucher valid for 15 months.

- During the month before the event, 50€ is retained and the rest is converted into a voucher valid for 15 months.
- Less than 7 days before the event, the whole deposit is retained and no voucher is issued.

If Playfight cancels the event:
- We offer you a voucher of the amount your paid as a deposit + an additional 25% value for the inconvenience. The voucher is valid for 15 months.

or

- We offer you a full reimbursement via bank transfer.

Please note: We are unable to reimburse you for any travel expenses, so please hold off on booking your travel until we confirm the event is going ahead.
